There's a lot more out there if you're really interested in alternative ways to relax and relieve stress. We've all had our share of stress. Sometimes every day!! This world is a rat race and the speed of the race keeps accelerating! And for those of us living in major cities, it's worse! So while we face this monster called "stress", at least know that there are little things you can do to help your adrenal glands while they do their job. But ultimately, leaning on God should help us deal with stress: Psalm 55: 2 "cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall" & Matthew 11:29-30 "take my yoke upon you and learn from me...you will find rest for your souls, for my yoke is easy and my burden is light". Trust Him.
